Arabic Literacy Week
As part of our celebration of the Arabic language, Arabic Language Week activities were launched across all grade levels, taking students on an educational journey aimed at deepening pride in linguistic identity and reinforcing its role as a tool for expression and creativity. This week became a space for exploration and in-depth learning, where our students immersed themselves in an engaging intellectual experience. It began with the opening of an interactive exhibition showcasing the arts and literature of the language, followed by creative writing workshops in which students confidently composed and presented their own stories. Interactive reading sessions provided opportunities to connect with ideas and exchange perspectives, while a reflection wall captured their commitment to what they had learned. These activities were designed to empower each student to become a creative communicator and a critical thinker—proud of their language and able to express themselves fluently through it.
At the secondary level, the Arabic Language Department, in collaboration with the Individuals and Societies Department, celebrated Arabic Language Week and Arab Culture Day through an art and cultural exhibition. Students displayed their artistic, literary, and critical works inspired by classic cartoon productions that embody the richness of the Arabic language and the depth of its culture. The exhibition also highlighted students’ creativity in voice-over, singing, and performing arts.
