Equity and Equality Campaign
The Learning Support Department at AIA hosted an inspiring event titled “Equity and Equality,” promoting inclusion, empathy, and appreciation for diverse abilities. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and the wider school community.
It featured interactive workshops, motivational stories, an art exhibition, and an inspiring session with athletes from the Qatar Paralympic Committee, who shared their remarkable journeys of perseverance and success.
Dr. Madiha Kamel also shared valuable information and insights with the teachers about various childhood and adolescent disorders that can affect students’ academic progress. The event concluded with an awareness visit to the Shafallah Center for Persons with Disabilities, enriching participants’ understanding of inclusion and compassion
